Delivery

How much is your delivery Charge?

A.) Price is dependent on the weight of the items you purchase.

These are divided into different band:

2nd Class
Up to 1000g £2.70
1001g-1250g £3.11
1251g-1500g £4.43

 

1st Class
Up to 1000g £3.90
1001g-1250g £4.31
1251g-1250g £5.63

 

What is the waiting time for my Delivery?

A.) Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched in the working week (Monday to Friday). 1st Class delivery up to 3 working days; 2nd Class up to 5 working days.

Can you deliver to anywhere in the UK?

A.) We can deliver to anywhere in the Mainland UK, unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to non-UK mainland locations.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

A.) No you will not need to sign for your delivery.

Who do I contact if my order is damaged or faulty?

If you your item is damaged/faulty then please contact Jenewan Pets immediately at Ewan.McQueen@gmail.com

My order has not arrived after the estimated time specified who do I contact?

Contact Ewan.McQueen@gmail.com and we will look into this for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately for the time being we cannot ship internationally.

Returns

How Can I return the Product?

 If you need to return a product then contact us with you order with your details and reason for return at Ewan.McQueen@gmail.com and we will provide you with the required address details.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

A.) As soon as we have processed your refund we will pay the refund via our system and could take you up to 14 days to receive.

What is your returns and refund procedure?

A.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?

A.) Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty/damaged.

Can I order over the phone?

A.) No we can only process orders via our website.

What happens if I order a product and it is out of stock?

A.) We shall contact you to inform you that the product is out of stock and inform you as to when the product is back in stock or offer a refund.
